Founders Associate: Tech, GTM & Operations (m/f/d)
evidion is hiring its third team member. You will work directly with our two founders and take ownership of customer outreach, our AI-driven go-to-market and company operations from your first week. This is a long-term role in the founding team, not an internship.

What you will own
- GTM, market research and customer outreach
- Contributing to our AI-native company culture
- Company operations and their continuous improvement
- Contributing to AI technical work
This is probably a fit if you
- graduated in 2021 or later with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (to qualify for EXIST)
- love building fast and experimenting
- are excited about LLMs, AI workflows, GTM, market research and product building
- want to work closely with founders, enterprise customers and real deployments
- want ownership of the startup's success
Not required
- No aviation or safety background. We teach you what you need.
- German is a plus. English is enough.
